Rewind Visuals
Rewind Amsterdam is a collective that organises events around the Netherlands. The concept is based on the feeling of nostalgia with a focus on music that came out in the 00s.
They asked me to create a bunch of visuals that can be used to be displayed at their events. It had to work on every projector or led screen that they used on the event.
They gave me complete freedom to come up with a style for the visuals.
Rewind is supposed to give you the feeling of nostalgia, so my idea was to create a visual pack inspired by the 80s aesthetic. Old cassette tapes, big tvs, and the iconic darkblue,purple and pink colors.
The first step was creating a moodboard and getting the feedback.
They loved the idea and moodboard so I could start creating my scenes.
